Choose from one-on-one sessions, group classes, or workshops where your dog can progress through the levels and even work towards participating in trials. Highly recommend Sniffy Walks & Training. Wayne has been amazing with our dog who is reactive to loud bangs and noises. Highly recommend the life skills training. As a family we learnt so much and continue to use the things we learnt daily. I liked the fact the training was outside with all the distractions including the weather! Our puppy adores Sam and we wouldn’t be without her!
Sam really took the time to get to know both me and my elderly staffy cross, Dylan. He can be reactive to other dogs and sometimes people and she made sure to visit us multiple times before taking him out for a walk. I love that Sam only offers solo walks - so many dog walkers these days only offer group walks and it isn't suitable for every dog. Sam has a vast skill set and is very knowledgeable and very importantly to me, she is passionate about science based, ethical training and keeps herself up to date with best practise. No outdated and inaccurate 'pack leader' and 'dominance' theories here!! She also takes the time to update me and send photos after every walk. I'm so pleased I found Sam when I moved to Snodland - there are few people I would trust with Dylan as he is very special to me but I would trust Sam 100%. If you are looking for a caring, compassionate and dedicated dog walker who treats each dog as her own, I really wouldn't look anywhere else. Thank you Sam!
Excellent service, have extensively studied dog behaviour and really understand dogs, completely trustworthy, highly recommend!
We have two dogs who negatively react to other dogs. In a one hour session, Sam taught us how to manage them when reacting and how to manage ourselves too. We have been with another trainer before, we didn't agree with the way he was asking us to treat our dogs. Sam cares about dogs and their wellbeing. Rewarding not punishment. And that's why we are so grateful for today's lesson and we highly recommend her and her as a trainer for your dogs. Thanks a lot Sam!
Both Sam and Wayne have been incredible friends to myself and my dog, who is as bonkers as she is adorable. They’ve been very patient and given lots of training advice, I’ve really appreciated their support. I know when my dog is with them, not only is she happy, but she’s also working hard towards her specific personalised goals. All in all making for a happier and calmer pup. I’m so happy with the service I have received from Sam! My dogs had a bad experience with another dog and it changed the way they walk on a lead. They would constantly bark and become very frustrated. We are still in the middle of our training journey but the progress they have already made in a short amount of time is amazing! Today I took them out and no barking at all. Sam has given me the confidence I needed to continue supporting my dogs too and I couldn’t be more grateful!!!
Sniffy walks has just opened for small animals and we are so grateful to have found Sam who has been amazing with our 2 rabbits while we were on holiday. They have a secured cage in the garden, which the hutch sits in and Sam regularly gets them out in a run to have a play and a cuddle. I love their ethos of animal enrichment, giving them sticks, boxes and snuffle mats to keep them busy. We have used sniffy walks twice already this summer and will be booking more holiday dates. Would highly recommend.
Sam is amazing. I have 2 dogs; Nobby and Olive, that Sam has been spending time with over the last few months so I could have some flexibility with work. Olive is a rescue from the Ukraine who came to live with me 18 months ago as an extremely nervous dog - terrified of everyone. Sam spent lots of time getting to know Olive and Nobby, and how how we interact before taking the lead (pun intended) to make sure that Olive was happy and trusted her enough to let her take her for walks. Now, Olive and Nobby love their time with Sam. Every time the doorbell rings they rush to it to see if Sam's the other side of the door - not something I thought I would ever see from Olive and I can't tell you how happy it makes me.
Sams passion and understanding of dogs stands out. She is so good with my intelligent but somewhat challenging Podenco. Would definitely recommend sniffy walks to anyone who wants to know that their dog is in good hands. Five stars for being caring and super interested in always increasing her knowledge of dog behaviour and psychology.
